FIT:30 Bootcamp is a 13-week fitness program designed specifically for women who are ready to look and feel their best!

Q: I’m really out of shape, are these workouts appropriate for me?
A: YES! Each workout can be scaled to accommodate all fitness levels from newbie to advanced.
Q: I’m concerned about an existing injury, will you help me work around it?
A: YES! With 20 years combined training experience, we’ve seen it all and can modify to suit your body.
Q: Can I come to more than 3 workouts each week?
A: YES! We offer five classes per week, come as often as you can!
Q: Will I get help with nutrition as part of the program?
A: YES! We’ll advise you on sustainable healthy eating- no extreme diets or expensive supplements.
Q: I see this program is only for women, are there others men can do?
A: YES! Send them our way and we’ll share all the options.
